Red Ribbon Week is an event organized on school campuses all around the world. Generally organized by the club FNL, Friday Night Live, Red Ribbon Week is an event on campus often times forgotten as class time is no longer spent in order to discuss the serious meanings behind Red Ribbon Week. Red Ribbon Week is used to discuss the ideas of zero tolerance and also drug and alcohol prevention as student pledge to be drug free. This is done at our school during lunch through lunch time activities and also the red bracelets. However, the amount of pledges have declined recently. Thus, wanting me to investigate future alternatives to gain more pledges.
